Restrooms are available at every scheduled stop. The timetable includes lunch in Hilo, and bottled water and Hawaiian snacks are available on the van. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour.

The current operating schedule lists Waikoloa pickup at 6:30 am and Kona pickup at 8:00 am. The Circle Island Tour is about 10 hours from Kona and closer to 11 hours from Waikoloa, with Waikoloa drop-offs at 5:15 pm and Kona drop-offs at 6:00 pm.
