Your guides
Every private tour is led by an owner-guide. Miexia Kekai Ah Loy is a military veteran with 20 years of guiding. Leon Fabricius co-founded Ohana Tours and leads tours alongside Miexia. When both vans run, an additional experienced guide joins.

How long is a full day?
A full day is about 10 hours, from early morning to early evening.

How do we pay, and what's the cancellation policy?
Payment is in full at booking; other payment arrangements are available on request. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. Severe weather means we reschedule or provide a full refund.
How far ahead should we book?
Book two months ahead for December-March and June-August, and two to three weeks ahead otherwise.
